The Quality Hotel is housed in a modern, 7-storey concrete building with a private car park. It is situated in the heart of Newcastle and caters to everyone. Though fairly small, the lobby is pleasant and welcoming. The 93 medium sized guestrooms feature light-toned décor, complemented by floral fabrics. All are clean and decently maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms. Most notably, the hotel has a unique restaurant on the 6th floor, serving contemporary international cuisine and offering great views of St. James Park, home to Newcastle United. The bar is also on the 6th floor and provides a good meeting point for a drink before heading into the city centre.
