Traveller from Cleckheaton stayed in June,2009

Security on the door in the early hours were rude and intimidating for 2 girls on their own. They were checking people on the way in and making people wait outside while they checked you were staying at the hotel which is fair enough but there was no indication that they did that when we checked in. There were also problems when checking in as they didn't have the details if we had paid or not and they not heard of your company. They said they'd look into it and confirm on check out if we'd paid or not which made us feel a little uneasy.
